It uses the pusher type structure and distribute various locations on the Rectangular circulatory work table. So it can implement automatic working procedure of spreads material, roast net, press net, molding, and unload mould and so on.
2.Adopt pushing the mold by cylinder to realize the location switch. Compared with rotation adjustment structure, it omits the expensive index mechanism and big turntable, which makes the spare part structure simplify, cost lower, reinstallation and maintenance easier. Meanwhile as a result of air operated characteristic, it avoided the part damage of collision which enhanced the work processing safety.
3.It can use a set of mold molding the grinding wheels in different thickness, which reduces the mold stock massively.
4.Considering the operator’s actual situation, the location arrangement is more reasonable, which provides loosely, convenient operating environment for the operator.
5.The operation button box/ emergency stops button are in the place of each operator, convenient to operate, and also can realize the manual/automatic work alone.
6.The pneumatic system increased the rotatable, stretch air-gun which is used for clearing the granulated substance, cleaning the equipment. Pressure exhaust switch is used to exhaust of the air operated elements in the maintenance, draining water in the air operated pieces, refueled without stopping the machine.
